Race duty teaching
Alan Turner (and others?) will be giving demos and talks concerning all aspects of the duty teams' responsibilties on Wednesday 26th September at 7.30pm and repeated 2 weeks later on Wednesday 10th October also at 7.30pm.
During the course of the evening those nagging questions you have about what needs to be done will be covered in the non-pressured arena of the bar which will of course be open to aid concentration. Previously we have had flag sequence demonstrations, timer equipment and the dreaded recall scenarios explained. It is possible that the Wilber Race Calculator Spreadsheet might even be demonstrated but this is yet to be confirmed....
All welcome !
