LASER RACE TRAINING WITH THE 2008 OLYMPIC GOLD MEDAL COACH

Chris Gowers who coached Paul Goodison to Olympic Gold in Qingdao this year has agreed to run a days Laser Coaching for Sutton SC.

The cost is £25 per person and is limited to a maximum of 12 Laser Sailors, places will be booked on a first come basis. (Cost is based upon 10 Sailors)

The training is open to 4.7, radial and full rig sailors.

I am sure that this will be a fantastic day and to have someone with Chris’s expertise should see us all improve after the day.

Even if your not a Laser Sailor it maybe worth a visit just to see Chris in action.
